Mohamed Raffa was for 15 years till 1999, Vice President at Merrill Lynch as the head of a team running a $980 million (Nine hundred and eighty million US dollars) investment portfolio where he structured finance programs through underwriting and/or issuing financial instruments, notes or Obligations including all necessary contracts, documentation and provisions. Mohamed was also a Lecturer at Donald T. Regan Institute – Princeton (Merrill Lynch’s in-house School of Advanced Training).
